¿Are we a mind with a body?

Ben Sweetland says that every human being is a mind with a body attached to it. However, must of us act as though the environment and our bodies are all that exist.

When we accept that every one of us is a trilogy of body, mind and soul, and start to work harmoniously with these three components of ourselves, we are on the way to a real personal development, capable of finding all kind of opportunities and converting them into realities.

In fact, we are a tremendous and creative powerhouse we have disconnected from our every day life, which means most of us try to live without using the most powerful side of our human essence.

By nature, we are optimistic, creative, courageous, confident individuals. ¿Why we don´t get all we are capable of doing?

The answer lies in the fact that negative programming has disconnected the mind line that communicates soul and body. If we understand this and learn to activate all the power that lies in ourselves, then we can use our talents to achieve whatever dream we want to get from that mysterious land full of opportunities, health, prosperity and abundance.

The late Ben Sweetland, psychologist and famous author, has written several books to help us find the reasons why we lost that connection between the three sides of us which power lies in working together to achieve whatever we want for ourselves and humanity.

Whatever we want from life, health, riches and abundance is not dependent of our education, background or lady luck. However there is a great tool we disregard frequently and which is ready for us at any time provided we want to unlock it and use in such a way that provides the creative force of a successful mindset, capable of converting opportunity into achievement.

Our achievements are depending basically from the most deepest, essential, thinking part of us. Our achievement depends on a correct mindset. We have to find what really we want and where we want to be in Life to let that power within us start to get the results we want, be it health, love and romance or riches and abundance, or even all of them.

Then we have to know what we want, where we want to go, and accept that we have to unlock the creative side of us, for us to achieve that level of success we want to be happy, healthy, prosperous and enjoy the Life Style of an achiever. We have to find a success mindset.

Please let yourself be yourself and understand that every one of us is a tremendous powerhouse with three elements, body, mind and soul, ready for us to use it to achieve greatness in every enterprise we want to excel.

Creating Power

It must be great to live our Dreams, provided those dreams are oriented to having a great Life Style for Ourselves and others, too.

¿Are we ready to go beyond Our Comfort Zone? ¿Are we ready to shatter the beliefs that are limiting Our development? ¿Are we ready to find out what is it that separates successful people from the rest?

When we dive into quantum phyisics, we are told that every thing is energy, even us. You and me, we are a highly important source of Energy. However we have to ask ourselves ¿who or what is managing such a great power in us?

Are we in control of our own energies? ¿Are there somewhere some kind of switches to put on or off this great power?

We have been around people who give us that special feeling of comfort and being energetic as though we have had some kind of shot that gives us a burst of energy and enthusiasm.

There are moments we feel great, we produce ideas, we feel excitement for life, we feel inspired to achieve great things to take us to higher levels of our lives. ¿How are we going to control that INNER energy to keep us in a positive, creative, enthusiastic frame of action?

And also, ¿how are we going to find and ALWAYS be around those empowering people?
